Abstract

The obtained results on X-ray diffractometer of Empyrean pure crystals of LiF showed the presence of nanophase about 3% LiH and less than 1% Li2О2, responsible for the diffuse band at small angles and weak reflections near intense reflections (200) and (400) crystal matrix. And intensity irradiation of 60Со gamma rays resulting grow phase LiН, LiО2 and (LiF)22О3)3, where at about annealing air 300 0C enhances oxide phases.
