Abstract
The article considers the problem of transformation of the educational system. Constant replenishment and updating of knowledge is a necessary condition for high qualification and competence of personnel. The personnel training system should take into account the conditions in which the future specialist will live and work. The changes that enter our lives should be a signal and an appropriate adaptation of the system of training and training of people.
