Abstract

The article describes the concept of higher education system development until 2030 and the competence of the modern teacher in the educational process, the right and skillful use of technical aids (ICT competence) in the educational process,& the importance of information culture. The importance of the teacher's ICT competence, aspects of the teacher in its structure, the benefits of using cloud technologies in the learning process, the benefits of using Web 2.0 technologies, and their benefits in the learning process.
