Abstract

Eastern science is highly regarded in music. In particular, Alisher Navoi’s progressive ideas about music are still valuable today. At the same time, music was rated as sophisticated art at the beginning of the 20th century. The article discusses the views of Alisher Navoi, Abdurauf Fitrat and Abdurahman Saadi on art and music.
