Abstract
Teacher development can be clearly viewed in teachers’ learning. In learning, teachers develop their personal and professional skills and their classroom practice. Current reforms in our country, all educational institutions and international agencies facilitate the continuous professional development of teachers. In this article, I shall discuss the factors of how to become modern competent teacher and importance of developing personal and professional skills.
