Abstract
The color naming system plays an important role in intercultural communication, it is marked in all languages ethno-culturologically, in this regard, it often has a symbolic meaning, which causes significant difficulties in translation. When studying the expressions of the Russian and Korean languages, the comparative method is very productive. A comparative study of set phrases in Russian and Korean can be used to identify peculiar features of the language structure, methods of teaching languages, compiling dictionaries and grammars.
