THE CONCEPT OF PHRASEOLOGICAL MEANING AND PHRASEOLOGICAL UNIT

Abstract
In this article, we considered it relevant to compare phraseological units with proper names, as we are sure that their analysis will allow us to conclude that much in languages is due to national traditions, the life of society, but this influence cannot but be mutual. Thus, the special role of phraseological units as a conceptual system with which one can consider the national picture of the world in unity with the general and specific features of a single language, as well as the growing interest of researchers in the concepts of phraseological units with proper names in line with the modern cognitive direction, determined the choice of the topic of this study. . Ignorance of the correct meaning of one or another phraseological unit in phrases, sentences, texts during communication, reading and analysis can lead to a violation of understanding the meaning of foreign language learners.
